Who writes this, and why it exists
This guide is written and maintained by the Niuniubox Spreadsheet editorial desk. It exists because the useful information about buying through an agent is scattered across policy pages, community threads and a beginner guide that assumes you already know what a buying agent is.
The specific reason this site exists rather than another one is the rename. A lot of people know this service as Niuniubox, will keep searching for Niuniubox, and will find a site where nearly every page says it is under maintenance. Explaining that clearly is worth a site on its own.
The relationship is worth stating twice: this desk is a partner that writes about the agent, and is not the agent. No stock sits here, no payment passes through here, and nobody here can see an account, an order or a parcel.
How this is paid for
Links to the agent are partner links. If you order after following one, the agent pays a referral share. Your price is identical either way, and no individual sentence here is sponsored.
What that arrangement buys you is a reason to be accurate rather than enthusiastic. A guide that oversells a service produces refund requests, angry tickets and people who never come back, which is worse for everybody than saying plainly that outerwear freight is punishing and that the return window is shorter than it sounds.
Links to the product wall are ordinary links to the catalogue this guide is about.
How facts get checked here
Four rules, applied to every page.
Policies are quoted from the policy page
Not from a summary, not from a community post, and not from another guide. Every policy statement here was read on the official page on 4 August 2026, and that date is printed where it matters.
Links are opened, not assumed
Official routes were rendered in a real browser rather than checked for a status code, which is how we found that fourteen old routes serve a maintenance page and that one page referenced in the terms does not exist.
No invented numbers
No prices, no freight rates, no delivery estimates, no coupon amounts and no service fee figures unless an official page publishes them. Where the official page publishes an example value, the caption says so.
Unknowns are labelled
We could not test whether old accounts, balances or coupons carry over, because that needs credentials. The rename page says so rather than guessing.
Where the images come from
The interface screenshots are official material from the agent guide and site, used as a partner. The two brand illustrations are the official mascots: the cow looking out of a cardboard box was the old brand, the small monster is the current one. Both appear here because this guide is about the change from one to the other.
The diagrams are drawn for this site and only ever describe mechanisms we can point at on an official page. Where a screenshot contains an amount, the caption says it is the agent own example value.
The self-drawn diagrams and the official screenshots both show up throughout the guide: on the six steps, on costs and returns, and in the updates log.
We do not use seller product photographs. Those belong to the sellers, and they are not ours to reuse.
What this site will and will not do
Worth being explicit, because the two lists get confused constantly.
Will
- Explain the mechanism and quote the rules with dates
- Say when something is a request rather than a guarantee
- Correct anything shown to be wrong, and log it on the updates page
- Describe the weak parts of the service as weak
Will not
- Take payments, hold stock, or handle any part of your order
- Contact the agent, a seller or a courier on your behalf
- Quote prices, rates or coupon amounts that change week to week
- Publish a page purely because a search term exists
Contact
Corrections, questions about the guide, and takedown requests all go to the same address, and it is read by a person.
About this guide and corrections
For anything about an order, a payment, a parcel or an account, use the official routes on the help page. We genuinely cannot help with those, and sending them here only costs you time.
