Niuniubox is now Pikobuy
The old homepage announced the change from Niuniubox to Pikobuy. In the 4 August 2026 check documented here, it loaded while fourteen other linked pages showed a maintenance notice. Those are historical observations; use the current Pikobuy entry for shopping.
On the old home page, in the company own words: Niuniubox has officially been renamed to Pikobuy, and the service continues under the new brand name.
That is the whole story, and it is duller than it looks from the outside. A rename plus a half-migrated site reads exactly like a company disappearing, which is why it is worth spelling out what can be verified.
One thing you can check in ten seconds: the icon in the browser tab. The new site serves the mark below, and it is the same mark you will see beside this page in your own tab, because this guide uses the agent own file rather than drawing a lookalike.

www.pikobuy.com/favicon.ico, read 10 October 2026. The old Niuniubox name does not appear on it anywhere.Three things you can check without taking our word for it
Announcements are cheap. These three are not, because they would be awkward to fake and easy to catch.
The footer. The new site carries the same Hong Kong company name that the old one did, word for word, right down to the abbreviation.
The social accounts. The new footer links out to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X, and all four still resolve to the old handle. Nobody rebuilding a brand from scratch inherits those.
The terms of service. The new terms name the operating company directly, and it is the same company. The terms page itself is dated, and the date is earlier than this guide.
Two of the three take about thirty seconds each: scroll to the bottom of the new site and read the small print.
What the old site can still do for you
This is a record of the old site on 4 August 2026. In that check, its homepage loaded and fourteen linked routes displayed the same maintenance page. Use the current Pikobuy links for shopping; the old-site result is historical.
That includes the pages people are most likely to go looking for: the shipping calculator, the beginner guide, the pricing page, the shipping and refund policies, and the contact page. If you need any of those, they exist on the new site and the help page lists where.
The old home page itself is worth one visit, for the announcement and for the link out. After that there is nothing there.
What the old front door looked like
Worth a look if only because the two sites are so clearly the same product with a different coat of paint: a headline, a search box for a product link, and a three step strip underneath. Even the headline survived the rename word for word.
Old name, new name, same thing
A translation table for anyone arriving with the old vocabulary. The left side is what the old site called it. The right side is where that lives now.
| On the old site | On the new site | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping Estimate | Shipping cost estimation | Same job, and it still does not ask you to log in. |
| Beginner guide | Shopping guide | Six numbered steps, each with a tip underneath. |
| Service pricing | Not a standalone page any more | The service fee is described in the user agreement instead, as an amount added when you confirm payment. |
| Shipping policy | Transportation policy | This one is about forwarding parcels you send in yourself, which is a different service to having the agent buy for you. |
| Refund and return | Refunds and returns | The longest and most useful policy page on the site. Summarised on our costs and returns page. |
| Affiliation | Affiliation | Behind a login on both. You see a sign in screen, not a pitch. |
| Taobao, Yupoo, Weidian pages | Folded into the main flow | The five sources are named in the guide rather than getting a page each. |
The awkward questions
Three things we cannot verify from the outside, said plainly rather than glossed over.
Does an old account still work?
We cannot test this without credentials, and we will not guess. The announcement says the service continues under the new name, which implies continuity, but implication is not confirmation. If you have a balance, an open order or a parcel in the warehouse, ask support in writing and keep the reply.
Do old coupons carry over?
Same answer. There is a signup promotion on the new site, and the amount has changed at least once between the two brands, so we do not quote either number anywhere on this site. Read the current one on the page itself.
Should I still use niuniubox.com links?
No. Fourteen of the fifteen routes are a maintenance page, so an old bookmark almost certainly leads nowhere useful. Anything on this site that sends you to order sends you to the new domain.
Why Niuniubox, and when to use something else
Worth separating three things, because the marketing on every agent site in this business blurs them together.
What every agent does the same. They buy from a seller on your behalf, hold the goods in a warehouse in China, let you combine several orders into one parcel, photograph things on arrival, and take your money in two goes. None of them is the seller and none of them made the product. Choosing on the basis of any of that is choosing on the basis of nothing, because it is the shape of the industry rather than a feature.
What this one actually does differently. Three things we could verify rather than infer. The returns policy is published in unusual detail, with a table of ineligible categories, a responsible party table with worked examples, and a packing standard for sealed goods: most competitors publish a paragraph. The estimate form is publicly accessible and lets you enter destination, product type, weight and dimensions before ordering; available routes and prices still need checking for your parcel. And the source list includes Yupoo alongside the marketplaces, which matters if you shop from album links rather than from shops.
When to use something else. If you are buying from Japan or Korea, this is the wrong tool: the whole service is built around Chinese marketplaces. If your plan is to post parcels in yourself and rely on somebody to sort out problems afterwards, read the transportation policy first, because it says plainly that forwarded goods get no after-sales service. If freight is the deciding factor, compare rather than default, since route lists and discounts differ between agents and change constantly. And if a company that has just changed its name and left most of its old site behind a maintenance page is not what you want to trust with a large order, that is a reasonable position and we are not going to argue you out of it.
What this means for the way you buy
Practically, almost nothing. The flow described in the six steps is the flow on the new site: search, options, first payment, warehouse check, route, second payment. The policies summarised in costs and returns are the policies published on the new site, read on 4 August 2026.
The one habit worth adopting is the one that applies to any agent, renamed or not: get the answer in writing before you pay, and keep it. A support reply that says a particular seller will take a return is worth more than any policy summary, including this one.
If a policy changes after this page was written, it goes in the updates log with the date we noticed.
